The Campaign for Ruma's Rules

URGENT CAMPAIGN

The UK government is in the midst of forging a Violence Against Women and Girls (VAWG) strategy.

We urgently need to ensure CHILDREN's voices and needs are included in this strategy, and that judges and police officers whose failures lead to the murders of women and children by violent men known to them, ACKNOWLEDGE their own failings.

We Were There. Where Were You? A Killed Women Campaign

INVISIBLE WOMEN is a family-led campaign seeking to confront the endless systemic racisms that leave Black, Minoritised and Migrant (BMM) women and their families without justice.

The campaign wants acountability, visibility and systemic reform across all strata of policing, inquests and support services.

Keep the Ladies' Bathing Pond at Hampstead Heath WOMEN ONLY!

The erasure of single-sex women's spaces continues to be a growing concern for women's rights groups across the world.

One key women-only spaces currently at risk, is the historical Ladies' Bathing Pond at Hampstead Heath, London. Despite a mixed-sex pond being available, a call to allow male bodied persons who 'self-ID' as women into the space has led to the City of London launching a public consultation.

Please Note: The consultation will take approx. 20 minutes to complete.

 Make It Mandatory:
Ending DVA Through Education

Faustine, a brave survivor of a violent relationship that began when she was just 16, has launched a long-term campaign calling on the UK government to extend and mandate RSE (Relationships and Sex Education) to all sixth form and college students (aged 16-18) to help prevent violence against women and girls.

Only by our young knowing that DVA in relationships should NEVER be a norm, can we help end normalised violence.
